There are a number of ways to get in touch with Amico IT to report an issue or ask for help.

The easiest way is to email us. Once you have emailed the Helpdesk you will receive an automated response email to your mailbox advising that your issue has been logged and an engineer will be in contact with you.

All companies who have an IT Support contract with us have the ability to create an account on our Helpdesk platform. This enables you the ability to log incidents directly on our website and you can track your fault that way.
